Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, with a 75.1 score against 63.1. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a better tablet than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, it must be noted that it is also older, somewhat thicker and way heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, while Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus works with Android 7.1 Nougat OS.
