The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 body is a lot newer than the Galaxy Note 8.0's, but it is extremely heavier and a bit thicker. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Galaxy Note 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 operating system.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a much more powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU and a higher number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a brighter display than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a much better resolution of 1824 x 2736 and a really larger screen.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features much more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 984 GB more internal memory.
