The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a general score of 67.1, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's general score of 61.1. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 design is much thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro, although both were released only a few months apart.
