Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a global score of 66.9, which is much better than the Acer Iconia W511's 59.5 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a just a little thinner but notably heavier tablet than the Acer Iconia W511. Both tablets in our current comparison include Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has the previous 10 version while Acer Iconia W511 has Windows 8 Pro version.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a greater hardware performance than Acer Iconia W511, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has more RAM. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a little sharper display than Acer Iconia W511, because it has a lot greater display pixels density, a bigger display and a way higher 2736 x 1824 resolution.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia W511, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 takes a bit better videos and photos than Acer Iconia W511. Both have a 8 MP camera in the back.
Acer Iconia W511 counts with a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia W511, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Acer Iconia W511. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Acer Iconia W511, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
