Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is better than the Asus VivoTab, with a general score of 66.9 against 57.5. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is heavier than Asus VivoTab, it's just a little bit thinner and also a lot newer. These devices use Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a more recent 10 version while Asus VivoTab has Windows 8, offering lots of additional features and performance improvements.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a sharper screen than Asus VivoTab, because it has a little bigger display, a much better screen density and a much higher resolution of 2736 x 1824px. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has just a bit better processing power than Asus VivoTab, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also counts with more RAM.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus VivoTab, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Asus VivoTab counts with a battery life that's just as good as the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 one.

Asus VivoTab and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 have extremely similar cameras, both of them have the same video frame rates, the same resolution back facing camera and the same (Full HD) video resolution.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus VivoTab. If you want to save some money, you can get the Asus VivoTab, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
