Comparison review
IPad 4 is way better than Microsoft Surface RT, getting a 70.8 score against 58.4. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS. IPad 4 is a a little bit lighter tablet than Microsoft Surface RT, but both of them are 0.37inches thick. The Apple iPad 4 counts with a much sharper screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and way more pixels per inch of display.
Microsoft Surface RT counts with just a bit better processing power than Apple iPad 4, because it has 1 GB more RAM, a much better graphics processing unit and a higher number of cores. IPad 4 takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the iPad 4 also has a lot better resolution back facing camera.
The iPad 4 has a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. IPad 4 counts with a battery duration that is just as good as the Microsoft Surface RT one.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Surface RT. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Microsoft Surface RT, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
