IPod Touch (2019) is a notably newer tablet, and it's also thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT. The iPod Touch (2019) comes with iOS 13.x operating system, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT operating system.
The iPod Touch (2019) counts with a way better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 640 x 1136px, it also counts with a lot higher pixels number per screen inch. The iPod Touch (2019) has a bit faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, they both have the same number of cores.
IPod Touch (2019) features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
