The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface RT, having a general score of 62.7 against 58.4. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is a thinner and lighter portable tablet than Microsoft Surface RT, even though both of them were released with only 3 months difference. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation comes with iOS 7.x OS, while Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS.
