Google Nexus 10 is better than the Microsoft Surface RT, with a 68.1 score against 58.4. Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT OS. Google Nexus 10 is a lighter and just a little thinner tablet device than Microsoft Surface RT, even when both were only released with a few months difference.

The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Microsoft Surface RT also has an additional graphics processing unit and a higher number of cores. Google Nexus 10 has a much sharper screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater pixels quantity per screen inch and a much better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution.

The Microsoft Surface RT features a much better memory to install applications and games than Google Nexus 10, because it has more internal memory capacity. The Google Nexus 10 features a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface RT. Google Nexus 10 features a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Google Nexus 10 also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.

Google Nexus 10 is way more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
