Comparison review
HTC Jetstream has a score of 63.6, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface RT's overall score of 58.4. HTC Jetstream works with Android 3.1 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, we must note that it is also an older, incredibly thicker and a little bit heavier device.
HTC Jetstream counts with a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has a little smaller display and a bit worse 768 x 1280 resolution, they both have the same screen pixel density. Microsoft Surface RT counts with a bit faster processor than HTC Jetstream, because it has a greater amount of RAM, a much better 520 megahertz graphics co-processor and 2 more cores (but slower).
HTC Jetstream has a greater camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the HTC Jetstream also has a lot better 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera. The Microsoft Surface RT features a little bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
HTC Jetstream counts with a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface RT.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy HTC Jetstream, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Microsoft Surface RT, letting go some features and specs.
