Huawei MediaPad X2 is way better than Microsoft Surface RT, getting a 72.7 score against 58.4. The Huawei MediaPad X2 design is much newer, way lighter and extremely thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT. Huawei MediaPad X2 works with Android 5.0 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a way better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a lot better screen density. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 4 more processing cores, a larger amount of RAM memory and a 64 bits CPU.
Huawei MediaPad X2 has a greater camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features just a bit more memory for applications and games than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has only 32 GB internal storage.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface RT.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 costs a lot more money than the Microsoft Surface RT, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
