The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a global score of 69.2, which is better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 score. Galaxy Note 8.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT operating system. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter device than the Microsoft Surface RT, although they were only released 8 months apart.
