Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a global score of 60.8, which is a bit better than the Microsoft Surface RT's score of 58.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. Even though Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and the Microsoft Surface RT were released with only a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's body is just a little bit thicker but also a lot lighter.
