Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is just a bit better than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, with a 67.9 score against 65.5. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.4 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has Android 3.2 version, giving you some additional features and optimized performance. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a newer tablet, and it's also somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1.

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a little faster processor than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 1 GB more RAM memory.
