Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is a little bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, with a general score of 65.5 against 61.2. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is an a lot older, a lot heavier and thicker device than Asus MeMO Pad 8. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has an older 3.2 version and Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4 version.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory.
