Nokia T20 is a bit better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, having a overall score of 66.3 against 65.5. These devices include Android operating system, but the Nokia T20 has a more recent 11 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has Android 3.2 version. Nokia T20 is a way newer tablet, and it is also lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1.

Nokia T20 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a little more vivid screen than Nokia T20, although it has a little smaller screen, a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 and a way worse quantity of pixels in each inch of screen.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 shoots better photos and videos than Nokia T20, although it has a way less mega-pixels camera in the back. The Nokia T20 has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Nokia T20 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

Nokia T20 features just a bit longer battery duration than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because it has an 8200mAh battery capacity against 7000mAh.

Although Nokia T20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
