Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has a general score of 65.5, which is much better than the OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi's 59.3 score. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has the older 3.2 version and OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi has Android 14 version. The OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi features a bit superior CPU than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster).

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features an incredibly better looking screen than OSCAL Tab 80 Wi-Fi, although it has a little bit smaller screen.
