Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a little bit better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, having a score of 66.3 against 65.5. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has the newer 4.4 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has Android 3.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 design has the same thickness than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, but it is just a little bit heavier.
Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Both of them have the same 800 x 1280 resolution, a display with the same size and a better count of pixels per screen inch. Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a CPU that's very similar to the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 one, because although the Galaxy Note 10.1 has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy Note 10.1. Both have the same resolution back camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates. The Galaxy Note 10.1 has a bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note 10.1 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 32 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 one.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, giving up some features and specs.
