The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also a lot thinner and extremely lighter than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1. These devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has Android 3.2 version, so it provides lots of additional features.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a sharper display than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because it has a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution, a lot more pixels per display inch and a little bit larger display.
