Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a score of 74.5, which is better than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1's global score of 65.5. Galaxy Tab S 8.4's construction is incredibly newer, notably lighter and extremely thinner than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has Android 3.2, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance enhancements.

The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a bit better performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 2 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a lot better looking display than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel count per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a bit bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, because it has a 43 percent greater battery size.
