Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much greater processing power than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a slower graphics processor working at 600 MHz, it also counts with a 64 bits processor, a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and a higher amount of RAM. The Xperia Z4 Tablet has a way better looking screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a lot higher screen density and a lot higher 1600 x 2560px resolution.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features greater battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 captures much better photos and videos than Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a lot worse 1280x720 video resolution and a back camera with a way lower resolution.

Although Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1. If you want to save some money, you can get Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
