Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a general score of 66.1, which is slightly better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's 62.6 overall score. Although the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is heavier than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, it's somewhat thinner and also notably newer. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the newer 13 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0 version, giving a lot of extra features and a performance increase.
