The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is just a bit better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, with a score of 63 against 62.6. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a noticeably heavier tablet than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, but they have the same thickness.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a processor that is very similar to Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's CPU, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and faster).

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a sharper display than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 800 x 1280px resolution, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also counts with a just a little greater amount of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 64 GB.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. They have the same 1280x720 video resolution, a 5 MP back facing camera and the same video frame rate.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, letting go some features and specifications.
