Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a general score of 65, which is slightly better than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's overall score of 62.6. These tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has newer 4.1 version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0, so it provides a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s construction is newer than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's, but it is noticeably heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a bit faster processor than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, although it has a slower graphics processor, they both have a Dual-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280px resolution, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also counts with a bit better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1280x720 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also has a lot more mega pixels back facing camera. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a much longer battery lifetime than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a 77 percent bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet in our comparison, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is also by far the cheapest one, making it a great choice.
