Galaxy Tab Active Pro is much better than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, getting a general score of 77.5 against 62.6. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0 version, providing you a couple nice extra features and improved performance. Although Galaxy Tab Active Pro is much newer than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, it is somewhat thicker and much heavier.
Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, although it has a bit inferior pixels quantity per inch of screen, a little smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a little bit better performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 3 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro shoots greater photographs and videos than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution and a back facing camera with much more MP. The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a very superior memory for games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a 92% bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab Active Pro costs a lot more money than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
