The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is better than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, having a global score of 74.5 against 62.6. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a a lot newer tablet, and it is also thinner and extremely lighter than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0, counting with lots of additional features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a bit better processor than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and 2 GB more RAM. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a sharper screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a way greater display density, a little bit bigger screen and a way higher 2560 x 1600 resolution.
