Both devices we compare here use Android OS (Operating System), but Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has newer 4.4 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ counts with a bit faster CPU than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has 1 GB more RAM and a greater number of faster cores. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a bit sharper display than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ also has a much greater pixel number per display inch and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.

Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a very superior battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2.

Motorola Xoom 2 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, although it has a way less MP resolution back facing camera.

Although Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Xoom 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Xoom 2. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola Xoom 2, resigning a couple specifications.
