Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is better than the Motorola Xoom 2's global score of 57.4. Microsoft Surface 3's construction is much newer and a little thinner, but just a little heavier than the Motorola Xoom 2. Motorola Xoom 2 features a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a way worse pixels amount per inch in the screen and a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and more cores. Microsoft Surface 3 and Motorola Xoom 2 have very similar batteries performance.
