Comparison review
The OSCAL Pad 15 has an overall score of 64.4, which is better than Motorola Xoom 2's general score of 57.4. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL Pad 15 has newer 13 version while Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2, counting with some additional features. The OSCAL Pad 15 is a somewhat thinner and much lighter tablet than the Motorola Xoom 2.
The OSCAL Pad 15 features a faster CPU than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores.
