The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) body is newer, thinner and a little bit lighter than the Motorola Xoom 2. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2 version.
