Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has an overall score of 58.1, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Xoom 2's score of 57.4. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a newer 4.0.4 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2 version. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 design is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Motorola Xoom 2, even though both of them were only released 8 months apart.
Motorola Xoom 2 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 10.1. They have the same number of cores. Motorola Xoom 2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 have quite similar displays, both of them have the same number of pixels in each inch in the screen, a screen of the same size and the same 800 x 1280 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1's memory to store more games and applications is very similar to the Motorola Xoom 2 one, both of them have equal 32 GB internal memory. Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Motorola Xoom 2. Motorola Xoom 2 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video resolution, the Motorola Xoom 2 also has faster video frame rate and a back camera with a way better 5 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it is more expensive than Motorola Xoom 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Xoom 2. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Motorola Xoom 2, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
