Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a global score of 66.5, which is better than the Motorola Xoom 2's overall score of 57.4. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2, giving some additional features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is thicker than Motorola Xoom 2, it's incredibly lighter and also newer.
Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a superior processor than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has an additional graphics processor and more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a little bit better display than Motorola Xoom 2, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display density.
Motorola Xoom 2 features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a much more megapixels back facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a slightly better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Xoom 2, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
