The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a general score of 74.6, which is much better than the Motorola Xoom 2's 57.4 global score. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has newer 4.4 version while Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2, giving lots of additional features. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a way newer tablet device, and it is also extremely lighter and thinner than Motorola Xoom 2.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a better hardware performance than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has a graphics co-processor, a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and faster). Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better looking screen than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a much better number of pixels per inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better memory to install games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a really longer battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2.
Motorola Xoom 2 has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a much lower 5 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a way worse 1280x720 (HD) video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 costs a lot more money than Motorola Xoom 2, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
