The Sony Tablet S is a little bit better than the Motorola Xoom 2, with a global score of 57.5 against 57.4. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Sony Tablet S has a more recent 4.0 version while Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2, providing a lot of extra features.

Motorola Xoom 2 counts with just a little better performance than Sony Tablet S. Both have 2 processing cores and 1 GB of RAM memory.
Motorola Xoom 2 counts with a bit better camera than Sony Tablet S. They have the same resolution camera in the back, the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates. Sony Tablet S has a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Sony Tablet S also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB.
