Xperia Z4 Tablet has an overall score of 74.7, which is much better than Motorola Xoom 2's 57.4 general score. The Xperia Z4 Tablet body is a lot thinner and noticeably lighter than Motorola Xoom 2. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but the Xperia Z4 Tablet has newer 5.0 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2 version.
Xperia Z4 Tablet has an extremely better processing unit than Motorola Xoom 2, because it has more RAM memory, a graphics processor, a 64-bit CPU and a higher number of cores (and also faster). The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a much better display than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have a same size display, the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a much greater display pixel density.
Xperia Z4 Tablet features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Motorola Xoom 2 counts with a bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a way lower 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and a way worse 5 MP resolution back-facing camera.
Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much better battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2.
Xperia Z4 Tablet is way more expensive than Motorola Xoom 2, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
