Comparison review

The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, having a overall score of 60.4 against 58.1. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has the older 3.2 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version. The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition design is way lighter but just a bit thicker than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and both were released only a few months apart.

Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition also has an additional GPU. Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition also counts with a just a bit better pixel count in each inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features as much storage for applications and games as the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition one, both of them have equal internal storage. The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition takes a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition also has a camera with a much better resolution and better 30 fps video frame rate.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a very superior battery duration than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a 74% larger battery size.
