Galaxy Tab S3 has a score of 75.2, which is way better than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition's score of 60.4. Galaxy Tab S3 is a much newer and way thinner tablet than the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, but it's also just a little heavier. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has Android 3.2 version, providing some extra features and increased performance.
Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab S3, although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280px, a quite smaller display and much lesser pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Tab S3 has a more powerful processing unit than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 3 GB more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back and a way better 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a superior battery life than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3900mAh.
