Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a general score of 60.4, which is a little bit better than the Sony Tablet S's score of 57.5. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has the older 3.2 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version. Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition's construction is somewhat thinner and way lighter than the Sony Tablet S, even though both were only released 6 months apart.

The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a much better looking display than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition also counts with a just a little higher pixels amount per inch in the screen.
