Huawei MediaPad M1 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also incredibly lighter and thinner than Motorola Xoom 2. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad M1 has a newer 4.2.2 version and Motorola Xoom 2 has Android 3.2, providing you some extra features and performance optimizations.

Huawei MediaPad M1 features a bit faster CPU than Motorola Xoom 2, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also has a larger number of cores.
