Google Nexus 7 (2013) is way better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a 70.8 score against 57.3. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is incredibly newer, lighter and thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, counting with a lot of extra features.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a better processor than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a greater number of cores, 1 GB more RAM and an additional GPU. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a much more vibrant screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a much higher screen density.
