The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is much better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, getting a general score of 64.2 against 57.3. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a noticeably lighter and extremely thinner tablet than Motorola XOOM CDMA. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 works with Windows 8.1 operating system, and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 operating system.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a faster CPU than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a much better looking display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel count per display inch and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 video definition and a back-facing camera with much less mega-pixels. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a battery duration that is very similar to the battery duration in Motorola XOOM CDMA.
