LG G Pad II 8.0 is a bit better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a general score of 58.3 against 57.3. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but LG G Pad II 8.0 has the newer 5.0 Lollipop version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version. The LG G Pad II 8.0 is a way newer tablet, and it's also notably thinner and incredibly lighter than Motorola XOOM CDMA.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA has a bit better display than LG G Pad II 8.0, because although it has a little worse screen pixel density, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also counts with a larger screen. LG G Pad II 8.0 counts with a bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the LG G Pad II 8.0 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB.

The LG G Pad II 8.0 counts with just a bit better performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. The Motorola XOOM CDMA captures much better photographs and videos than LG G Pad II 8.0. They have a same resolution back facing camera. LG G Pad II 8.0 has a very superior battery lifetime than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
