Microsoft Surface Pro has a score of 63.2, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's 57.3 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro is a newer tablet than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, but it is somewhat heavier and a little thicker. The Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro OS, and Motorola XOOM CDMA comes with Android 4.0 OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro features a better screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a greater amount of pixels per inch of display, a quite larger display and a much better resolution of 1080 x 1920.
