The Microsoft Surface RT is a little bit better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a 58.4 score against 57.3. Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS, while Motorola XOOM CDMA works with Android 4.0 OS. Microsoft Surface RT is a newer tablet, and it is also much thinner and a little lighter than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.

The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little larger display and a slightly better resolution of 768 x 1366px. The Microsoft Surface RT features a little bit better storage to install games and applications than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.

The Microsoft Surface RT has a better processing unit than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has an additional graphics processor, a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster). The Motorola XOOM CDMA captures much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 5 mega-pixels resolution.

Microsoft Surface RT counts with a battery duration that is very similar to the battery duration in Motorola XOOM CDMA.
