The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's global score of 57.3. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a much newer tablet device, and it is also noticeably lighter and extremely thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 OS, while Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with Android 4.0 OS.
