Samsung Ativ Tab has a score of 66.7, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's 57.3 score. The Samsung Ativ Tab is a newer tablet, and it's also incredibly lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. The Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT operating system, while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 operating system.
Samsung Ativ Tab has a superior processing unit than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has an extra graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a little bit better screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a little bit better pixels density and a bit higher 768 x 1366 resolution.
The Motorola XOOM CDMA takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab. They have a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates. The Samsung Ativ Tab features a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 64 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Ativ Tab features a really longer battery performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
