GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a score of 77.4, which is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA's general score of 57.3. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)'s body is incredibly newer, way thinner and way lighter than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a much more vibrant screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a same size display, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a lot greater display density. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a SD card slot that supports up to 64 GB.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a really superior hardware performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a GPU, a larger amount of RAM and more cores. Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a much better battery performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA. The Motorola XOOM CDMA captures a bit better videos and photos than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), although it has a way less MP resolution camera and a lot worse 1280x720 (HD) video quality.
