The Galaxy Note 10.1 is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a general score of 66.3 against 57.3. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 has 4.4 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, providing the user a lot of extra features and improved performance.
