Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is slightly better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a general score of 63 against 57.3. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a much newer tablet device, and it's also lighter and noticeably thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a little better processing power than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little bit better looking screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of them have a display of the same size, the same quantity of pixels per display inch and the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels.

Motorola XOOM CDMA features more memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage. The Motorola XOOM CDMA and the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE have incredibly similar battery performance.

The Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Both of them have the same video frame rates, a camera in the back with a 5 mega-pixels resolution and the same 1280x720 video definition.
