Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is slightly better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a overall score of 62.5 against 57.3. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has the previous 3.1 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's design is somewhat lighter and incredibly thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a little sharper display than Motorola XOOM CDMA. They have a screen of the same size, the same resolution of 800 x 1280px and the same screen density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE and Motorola XOOM CDMA both count with similar processors, both have 2 cores and the same RAM amount.

Motorola XOOM CDMA features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has an external memory slot that admits up to 32 GB. Motorola XOOM CDMA takes a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a back facing camera with much more MP.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features a very superior battery duration than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
